At ADA, we have spent 35 years building technology that moves Colombia: software factory, ERP, cloud, and help desk. We operate our own data center and manage projects requiring robust, secure, and highly available infrastructure. To sustain this, we seek someone who lives and breathes the cloud. About the Role We seek an Infrastructure and Support Lead with two clear missions: maintaining impeccable cloud infrastructure for our projects and leading the internal support team. You are the person who ensures everything runs smoothly, responds when something fails, and continuously improves the system to reduce failures. If you are passionate about cloud technologies, technical rigor, and leading a team that keeps operations running, we want to meet you. Your Responsibilities Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP). Ensure availability, security, and performance of servers and services. Lead the internal support team / help desk. Manage incidents, monitoring, and continuous improvement processes. Operate and maintain DevOps and continuous integration pipelines using tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, SonarQube, Packer, ArgoCD, and Vault. Support ERP implementation and deployment, ensuring correct production operation. Define best practices and elevate the technical standards of the team. What We Are Looking For Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure administration and/or support leadership. Solid knowledge of servers, networks, virtualization, and monitoring. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), continuous integration and deployment (Jenkins, ArgoCD), code analysis (SonarQube), template management (Packer), and credential management (Vault). Experience in ERP implementation and support; familiarity with PowerBuilder is desirable: workspace management for compiling libraries in .pbd format and deploying them to application services. Version control (TortoiseSVN): checkout, update, and revert branches; managing workflow among Trunk (quality), Tags (production), and Branches (development); tracking revisions associated with each ticket to deploy the correct version. Dependency management: shared components ("Objects and Vault") functioning as base libraries for ERP modules (accounting, budgeting, etc.). Operational support: zero-to-production deployments (data source configuration, profiles, etc.) and diagnosis/resolution of inconsistencies post-deployment. Experience leading technical teams (desirable). Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are desirable. What We Offer Indefinite-term employment contract backed by a company with 35 years of history. Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience). Challenging projects, our own data center, and real-world technology with impact. A technical team you will lead and serve as a reference for. Workplace: On-site employment
