Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Cleaning Assistant to ensure the hygiene and disinfection of our facilities, creating a safe and healthy environment. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Cleaning Assistant to join our team. Your primary mission will be to guarantee the hygiene and disinfection of our facilities, creating a safe, pleasant, and healthy environment for employees and visitors. Main Responsibilities Cleaning and Disinfection: Perform daily cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing surfaces) in offices, hallways, restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic zones. Waste Management: Classify, collect, and properly dispose of solid waste and garbage according to ecological and company protocols. Supply Control: Efficiently manage assigned cleaning products, tools, and cleaning supplies, promptly reporting any shortages to management. Sanitization of Critical Areas: Conduct deep disinfection procedures in high-contact zones (door handles, light switches, railings, elevators, etc.). Incident Reporting: Immediately report any facility damage, water leaks, burnt-out light bulbs, or other anomalies detected on-site. Use of Protective Equipment: Strictly comply with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety regulations when handling cleaning chemicals. Requirements Education: High school diploma (preferred) or primary education with demonstrable experience. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in cleaning, institutional/hotel/office cleaning. Skills: High attention to detail and strong sense of cleanliness. Physical capacity to perform moderately strenuous tasks and stand for extended periods during shifts. Honesty, responsibility, and respect for facilities and others' property. Positive attitude and service orientation. Availability: Flexibility to work according to operational shift schedules.
