Ability to work in teams and excellent interpersonal relationships A reputable healthcare company specializing in elderly care requires personnel for the position of KITCHEN AND GENERAL SERVICES ASSISTANT, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurants (culinary skills for more than 200 people). Prior experience in restaurant roles is mandatory, along with knowledge of portion control, menu planning, cleaning, sanitation and disinfection of areas, hot and cold kitchens, preparation of special menus according to requirements, pre-preparation, cleaning and disinfection of areas, and experience with visits from the Department of Health. Professional appearance, ability to work in teams, organizational skills, effective time management, and excellent interpersonal relationships are required. Applicants must hold a high school diploma and possess a valid food handling certification. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and one Saturday per month, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
