Teamwork and management reporting. **A leading company in the commercial sector** is currently seeking a **Merchandiser** to perform product stocking, display, and management activities in chain stores across Bogotá. We seek a candidate who is **observant, analytical, organized, possesses commercial skills, customer-oriented, and capable of teamwork.** **Responsibilities** * Stock and organize products at points of sale. * Ensure proper product and brand material display. * Verify inventories, product availability, and turnover. * Monitor merchandise location and presentation. * Prepare and submit management reports according to established requirements. * Identify anomalies at points of sale and report them promptly. * Support commercial and product promotion activities. * Maintain appropriate relationships with customers and store personnel. **Requirements** * **High school diploma.** * **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a merchandiser, promoter, or in related roles involving stocking and display. * Experience in **chain stores** is desirable. * Training in working at heights is **desirable**; if not available, capacity to complete such training will be assessed. * Sales and customer service skills. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. * Availability to cover routes across various chain stores in Bogotá. **Working Conditions** * **Position:** Merchandiser. * **Location:** Bogotá D.C. – Chain stores. * **Salary:** **$1\.750\.905 \+ statutory benefits \+ monthly bonus of up to $120\.000 based on report evaluations.** * **Benefit:** Store-to-store route transportation. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or as scheduled by stores, respecting legal working hours. * **Contract Type:** Project-based or service contract. * **Availability:** Immediate start.
