Rotating shifts ***Call Center Advisor: Customer Service and Cross-Selling*** **What will you do?** * Provide customer service * Perform cross-selling of services and products **Location:** Bucaramanga **Working Hours:** * Monday to Sunday, with one paid day off per week * Rotating shifts of up to 7 or 8 hours daily * The campaign operates from 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. **Working Conditions:** * Contract based on either a 42-hour or 36-hour weekly schedule * Entitlement to one paid day off per week * Upon successful completion of the process, you will be offered an indefinite-term contract directly with the company **What do we offer?** * Base salary: $1\.750\.905 * Transportation allowance * Bonuses * Training bonus **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience in sales * Experience in customer service (call center experience preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
