Job Summary: Analyze and execute operational risk management, ensuring the recording, loss control, and adherence to risk appetite, monitoring key indicators and managing relationships with regulatory bodies. Monitoring of key indicators and coordination with regulatory bodies. **Job Description** ---------------------- Analyze and execute operational risk management, ensuring recording, loss control, and compliance with risk appetite. Management of Operational Risk Events * Ensure the quality, integrity, and accurate recording of operational risk events. * Manage and ensure compliance with governance frameworks for accounting operational risk losses. * Drive the definition and tracking of action plans to mitigate risks. * Perform accounting reconciliations and monitor correct allocation of losses and recoveries. * Generate alerts regarding information quality and opportunities for data improvement. Information Analysis and Management * Analyze events to identify control gaps and improvement opportunities. * Monitor trends using analytical models by risk type, controls, and business areas. * Track budget, risk appetite, and loss tolerance. Indicators and Monitoring * Monitor key indicators, identifying deviations and generating timely alerts. * Ensure timely reporting of information by responsible parties. * Escalate indicators exceeding risk appetite for management. Operational Risk Management * Ensure the operational risk profile is up-to-date and of high quality. * Validate alignment between risk matrices and business processes. Identify risks lacking controls and promote mitigation actions. Coordination with Regulatory Bodies * Respond promptly and efficiently to regulatory body requests. * Coordinate responses and track fulfillment of commitments and action plans. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational risk management or analysis * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields * Knowledge of current regulations on risk management, Chapter XXXI * Understanding of accounting dynamics in operational risk * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) * Data analysis skills (GCP, LOOKER, POWER BI) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
