Technical or technological degree in health sciences, laboratory, or food-related fields is preferred.** Knowledge: Preference for knowledge of GMP and/or hygienic handling of food. Experience: **Minimum high school diploma with twelve (12\) months of experience in food or fields related to the laboratory's services.** * Technical or technological degree holder with six (6\) months of experience in food or fields related to the laboratory's services. Responsibilities: * Advise on separation and treatment methods, techniques, equipment, and procedures for various materials, elements, and chemical components. * Perform related duties. * Conduct microbiological and physicochemical sampling; complete sampling orders; collect samples properly; and carry out hygienic-sanitary inspections when required. * Properly use all required tools and materials for sample collection. * Conduct hygienic-sanitary inspections and record corresponding observations on the sampling order or on the client-specific form, when authorized by the client. * Ensure compliance with good practices and procedures established by the laboratory.
