Our Purpose: “We champion and empower workers who make our world work better” **What You Will Do as a Patternmaker:** The Patternmaker will be responsible for the maintenance of patterns. Maintaining the working production patterns that achieve the desired fit and appearance at the minimum cost in materials and labor. This includes the monitoring of finished production for compliance to specifications. This position is responsible for clear and concise communications with internal departments and outside contractors. **How You Will Make a Difference:** * Maintain production patterns that satisfy customers’ needs. * Maintains productive communication with required areas to ensure customer requirements are met. * Provides error\-free production patterns and marking rules. **Skills for Success:** * 3 years of Related Professional Experience: 3 * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Strong knowledge of pattern design * Strong knowledge of pattern grading concepts * Superior CAD skills used in pattern making, grading, style definition, and marker making * Excellent communication skills (oral, written), English and Spanish * Creative problem\-solving skills * Must be able to handle issues cross\-functionally * In facilities job (not work from home) * Validad Visa: Travel is required 10% \- Western Hemisphere and Corporate office
