What will you do? You will be responsible for the proper management of the pharmacy and wellness category within the store, including: * Supporting and ensuring compliance with applicable technical and documentation requirements for products. * Monitoring storage conditions, preservation, inventory, batches, and expiration dates. * Tracking assortment, rotation, availability, and correct product display. * Maintaining up-to-date records, protocols, and controls related to pharmacy practice. * Identifying and reporting products nearing expiration, damaged items, or other anomalies. * Supporting the receipt and validation of products within the category. * Advising customers based on technical knowledge of the products. * Commercially promoting the wellness category and generating sales opportunities. * Conducting consultative and cross-selling in accordance with customer needs. * Participating in achieving the store’s commercial performance indicators. * Supporting the growth of new categories related to wellness, food, and beverages.
