Opportunities for professional growth and development **Job Description:** As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical proposals aligned with business needs, as well as supporting, presenting, and defending cybersecurity solution architectures. Additionally, you will add value through requirement analysis, commercial support, and specialized technical consulting to ensure efficient and competitive solutions. Responsibilities * Visit clients to understand their technical requirements. * Design and structure pre-sales proposals to support the commercial team. * Implement the solution. * Liaise with manufacturers to evaluate new products and gain in-depth knowledge of them. Obtain required certifications to perform the role effectively and respond promptly to assigned requirements. * Conduct training for channel partners according to the product and provide implementation support for the solution. **What We’re Looking For:** * Required academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Telecommunications, Electronics, or related fields. * Knowledge of cybersecurity solutions. * Total years of experience: Minimum 2 years. * Previous roles: Support Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or Pre-Sales Engineer. * Preferred industry: Technology. * Knowledge or Skills: Commercial proposal design \- Basic networking knowledge \- Database knowledge \- Project management and governance knowledge \- Knowledge of switches or integrated communications per manufacturer. * Competencies: Results orientation \- Communication \- Commercial impact and influence – Proactivity \- Organizational ability \- Structuring ability. **Working Conditions:** * Office-based professional environment (Hybrid). * Non-standard working hours, as required by business needs.
