Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Authorities** * Responsible for defining and managing the product backlog, prioritizing initiatives, structuring and refining user stories, establishing acceptance criteria, and supporting the team throughout the development cycle—maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders, business units, and technical teams. * Manage and prioritize the **Product Backlog** according to business objectives, user needs, and expected value. * Define, document, and refine **user stories**, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. * Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technology teams. * Define priorities and scope of initiatives jointly with stakeholders and technical teams. * Actively participate in **Sprint Planning, backlog refinements, Sprint Reviews**, and other necessary forums for product evolution. * Ensure the team understands the purpose, scope, and acceptance criteria of features. * Track fulfillment of commitments, deliverables, and objectives defined for each sprint or initiative. * Manage and provide visibility into **risks, dependencies, impediments, and scope changes** that may impact delivery. * Coordinate interactions among business, development, QA, UX/UI, architecture, and other stakeholders. * Monitor **product metrics and value-delivery indicators**, identifying improvement opportunities. * Keep functional documentation and initiative traceability up to date. * Participate in defining and evolving **MVPs, features, and product enhancements**. * Promote continuous product improvement based on outcomes, business needs, and feedback from users and stakeholders. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in **Systems Engineering, Information Systems Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Software Engineering**, or related fields. * Preferred specialization in **Project Management, Product Management, Digital Transformation**, or related areas. * **4\+ years of experience** as a Product Owner, Business Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in roles related to digital product management. * Experience managing **backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement prioritization**. * Experience working with multidisciplinary business and technology teams. * Experience in **digital transformation projects and technological product evolution**. * Experience working under agile methodologies, primarily **Scrum and Kanban**. * Experience using tools such as **Jira and/or Azure DevOps**. * Desired experience in digital products, transactional channels, web platforms, payment methods, or financial services. Knowledge: **Essential:** Product Ownership, Product Backlog management and prioritization, user stories, acceptance criteria, Scrum, Kanban, stakeholder management, product and value-delivery metrics, Jira and/or Azure DevOps. **Desirable:** SAFe, Lean Thinking, Design Thinking, DevOps, Management 3\.0, Miro, Mural, and knowledge of digital transformation. Desired Certifications: * Scrum Product Owner / **CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent**. * Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe. * Complementary training in Design Thinking, Lean, or digital product management.
