We seek a professional who is proactive, analytical, and interested in industrial processes, manufacturing, and product development — someone eager to strengthen their experience and grow professionally within the company. ***https://forms.gle/jX9qUWoQqauibC4DA*** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Support monitoring of production processes on-site. * Implement and manage the Odoo ERP system. * Identify opportunities for improvement in process cycle times, costs, and efficiency. * Support analysis of manufactured products and components, proposing improvements. * Participate in product development and continuous improvement. * Support implementation and monitoring of improvements in industrial and operational processes. * Collaborate closely with production, design, and other departments involved in projects. * Prepare and monitor production-related data and performance indicators. REQUIREMENTS * Professional **graduated in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * **Minimum 2 years of experience** in production processes, manufacturing, or related areas. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes. * Experience or knowledge in the plastics industry is desirable. * ERP system proficiency; familiarity with **Odoo** is preferred. * Proficiency in parametric design software; knowledge of **Fusion 360** is preferred. * Intermediate English proficiency is valued but **not mandatory**.
