**Description**
In this role, you will support the coordination, tracking, and documentation of transition projects, internal initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. You will work closely with project leaders and senior teams to keep schedules, trackers, risks, deliverables, and agreements up to date. You will also coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, develop reports, and provide support for communication, training, and project adoption. Additionally, you will interact with operations, technology, quality, human resources, finance, and other teams to gather information and track commitments.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
* Support the planning, execution, and tracking of transition projects, internal initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
* Update work plans, schedules, trackers, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes, and follow up on pending commitments.
* Consolidate information from various teams to prepare progress reports, presentations, and dashboards.
* Monitor project milestones and KPIs, and identify alerts for timely escalation.
* Maintain organized project documentation and support communication, training, and change management activities.
* Work with teams such as operations, technology, quality, human resources, and finance to facilitate activity tracking.
* Identify basic opportunities for process improvement and standardization in documented processes.
**About You**
* You hold a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
* You have 1–2 years of experience in project tracking, process improvement, or activity coordination.
* You can update work plans, schedules, trackers, and presentations in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Planner, or similar tools.
* You are organized and detail-oriented when tracking tasks, dependencies, risks, and pending items.
* You can coordinate meetings, take minutes, and communicate progress clearly.
* You are interested in learning about project management, continuous improvement, or agile methodologies. CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals, or basic Lean knowledge are desirable but not required.
* You work with a service-oriented attitude, operational discipline, and ease of collaboration across diverse teams. Gallagher values people who are service-oriented, team-focused, analytical, and problem-solving oriented.
