Job Summary: A prominent company in the plastic packaging sector is seeking a Quality Control Leader to supervise production processes and ensure product and raw material quality. A prominent company in the plastic packaging sector is currently seeking a Quality Control Leader for its production plant. MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN RELATED POSITIONS. Main Responsibilities: Experience inspecting in-process and finished products from daily plastic production. Supervise machine setup and startup in coordination with mechanical and quality analysts. Verify data provided in production orders. Receive and approve quality compliance of raw materials and supplies. Handle non-conformities. Requirements: Technical, technological, or university degree in engineering or related fields Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control at production plants (plastics preferred) Knowledge of production processes and quality control Leadership and teamwork skills Working Conditions: Salary: To be agreed upon + statutory benefits Direct indefinite-term contract with the company Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Thursday and Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.; Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment Work Location: On-site employment
