At Fresco Living, we seek a responsible, organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual to manage the daily operations of our accommodation, which consists of 6 rooms and 1 two-bedroom apartment. Responsibilities \* Clean and organize assigned rooms, the apartment, and common areas. \* Maintain all spaces immaculate, fully stocked, and ready to welcome guests. \* Restock linens, towels, amenities, and other supplies. \* Transport laundry to and from the laundry facility, fold, organize, and maintain inventory. \* Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and needs. \* Address basic maintenance needs and promptly report any damage or issues requiring technician intervention. \* Proactively and responsibly resolve daily operational issues. \* Monitor facility conditions and report any anomalies that may affect operations. Profile \* Experience in cleaning hotels, tourist apartments, Airbnb properties, or similar accommodations. \* Honest, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual. \* High standards of cleanliness and organization. \* Ability to work independently and handle day-to-day situations. \* Excellent service attitude and strong sense of responsibility. \* Basic English is desirable but not mandatory.
