We are seeking a **Research and Development Professional**, who will be responsible for contributing to the execution of research and to the Quality Infrastructure and accreditation, in order to develop new services and maintain existing ones, providing appropriate and timely service while delivering real solutions to the needs of our stakeholders. **Required Profile** **Academic Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Continuing education: Management systems, accreditation programs or related topics, certification schemes, laboratory operations. **Knowledge** * Management systems. * Accreditation programs and schemes. * Laboratory operations. * Preferably knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17021\-1, ISO/IEC 17020, or similar standards. * Knowledge of the rules of the Accreditation Service or the accreditation process under ISO/IEC 17011\. * Intermediate English level (B1\), spoken and written. **Minimum Two Years of Experience** * Experience related to conformity assessment schemes. * Experience in executing organizational projects. * Service or product development and improvement. * Experience in activities related to SICAL will be valued. **Job Conditions** * **Contract type:** Indefinite-term contract. * **Salary:** $4\.355\.000\. * **Work modality:** Hybrid remote work. * **City:** Bogotá **Why Join Our Team?** We seek individuals with analytical thinking, results orientation, project management capability, innovation, and commitment to excellence. **Inclusion and Diversity** **"Within the framework of our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, we especially encourage persons with disabilities who meet the job requirements to apply.
