We are hiring a **Senior/Specialist Functional Consultant for SAP Transportation Management (S/4HANA)** for a high-impact, long-term project. We seek a truly senior professional who does not merely configure, but delivers strategic value from day one. **What You’ll Do:** A challenging role with real ownership over requirements: ✔️ Independently gather requirements and drive them to successful closure ✔️ Elicit needs, propose standard solutions, and evangelize **SAP TM best practices** ✔️ Develop proposals based on the **Standard First** principle, with focus on sustainability ✔️ Analyze new functionality of **Business Functions** and complementary SAP solutions ✔️ Produce effort estimates, work plans, and identify sprint resources ✔️ Configure, test, and document end\-to\-end solutions ✔️ Author detailed technical/functional specifications for approved GAP development ✔️ Design test plans, execute unit and integrated tests, and ensure deliverable quality ✔️ Analyze incidents by searching **SAP Marketplace** notes and managing tickets to SAP ✔️ Coordinate with business users to obtain functional acceptance and approvals ✔️ Propose UX improvements using tools such as **SAP BTP** ✔️ Maintain up-to-date and consistent documentation in project tools ✔️ Work under **agile methodologies**, with experience in **SAP Solution Manager** **✅ Mandatory Requirements:** Proven, solid experience in **SAP TM (Transportation Management)** within **S/4HANA** environments **Senior or Specialist** level — profile 8/9 with Team Lead capability Autonomous end-to-end requirement management, from inception to closure Knowledge of agile methodologies and **SAP Solution Manager** Experience in transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes **Ideal Profile (Desirable):** Excellent communication skills Orientation toward internal customers and strong team dynamics Business vision and consulting mindset
