Ensure security, surveillance, and access control at assigned facilities, preventing risk situations and providing peace of mind to users. **Responsibilities.** * **Access Control:** Register the entry and exit of pedestrians, vehicles, visitors, and suppliers. * **Patrols:** Conduct perimeter rounds to verify the condition of facilities. * **Monitoring:** Report any anomalies, malfunctions, or suspicious situations in the logbook and to the operations center. * **Emergency Protocols:** Respond promptly to crisis situations (fires, intrusions, medical emergencies) following company guidelines. * **Customer Service:** Provide guidance and courteous treatment to residents, employees, and visitors. REQUIREMENTS * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the private security sector. * **Security Course:** Valid foundational or refresher course in security **valid.** * **Military Status:** Defined
