The Position The person in this role will contribute to achieving the Procurement team’s objectives by leading tendering, negotiation, and analysis processes for the procurement of goods and services across spending categories, with the goal of meeting targets for savings, cash flow, compliance, and on-time supplier payments. **About Our Opportunity:** **Key responsibilities include:** **Procurement / Tendering:** * Implement category-based procurement strategies, applying CATMAN (Category Management) principles. * Conduct spend analysis and supplier segmentation. * Identify demand leveraging opportunities. * Develop the annual tendering plan for assigned procurement categories. * Analyze internal customers’ requirements. * Develop tenders or local and regional supplier selection processes. * Perform comparative analysis of supplier proposals. * Identify and select the best market offer. * Negotiate with suppliers. * Validate compliance with requirements for supplier onboarding and due diligence per SAGRILAFT system guidelines. * Approve new supplier creation and registration, and approve purchase order issuance. * Support implementation of SRM (Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Risk Management). * Generate savings and procurement KPI reports. * Meet targets set by global and regional offices. * Monitor compliance with contracts for suppliers under the team’s responsibility. * Support supplier evaluation processes. **Platform and Procurement Process Management:** * Configure, support, and train users on procurement applications such as MyBuy, SAP, Smarthsheets, Appsheets, e\-Vendor, etc. * Monitor correct assignment of procurement category codes to suppliers. * Provide support and training to users on procurement platforms. * Align with users on requisition, purchase order, and contract processes. * Support users in resolving cases and tracking issues. * Generate reports and perform analyses based on platform data. * Support procurement process improvement projects and initiatives. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * Relevant experience in procurement, logistics, administrative, or process improvement roles. * Proficiency in systems — Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Ariba, and SAP / SAP S4Hana (preferred). * Advanced English level (conversational, written, listening). * Knowledge of SCRUM, Category Management, or agile methodologies. * Experience in teamwork, collaboration, empathy, and networking across all organizational levels. * Effective communication, adaptability, and a continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
