Job Summary: Coordinate and control inventory management to ensure proper administration, accuracy, availability, and efficiency in accordance with established standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 2. Propose and implement improvements in inventory management. 3. Develop and maintain Power BI reports for Supply Chain. **Inventory Controller** ------------------------------ **About the Role:** Coordinate and control warehouse inventory management, ensuring proper administration in compliance with company-established standards and procedures, to guarantee accuracy, availability, and efficiency in resource handling. **What You’ll Do:** * Monitor inventory levels across all company locations. * Track obsolete, expired, and slow-moving products. * Coordinate actions with stores and warehouses to reduce shrinkage and non-conforming products. * Design and execute the annual inventory audit schedule. * Coordinate preparation of cyclic and physical inventories according to established policies. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify their root causes. * Ensure control and documentation related to losses, thefts, or other incidents. * Propose and implement improvements in inventory management and administration. * Develop and maintain Power BI reports for the Supply Chain department. * Ensure alignment with the company’s management system. * Collaborate closely with inventory-related teams and maintain consistent, assertive communication with them. **Who We’re Looking For:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years managing logistics processes, warehousing, and inventory control. **Knowledge:** Proficiency in tools such as Excel (advanced), Power Apps, Power Automate, and ERP systems (SIESA or SAP). **Competencies:** Teamwork, ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to detail, assertive communication. **What Our Company Offers You:** Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
