Ensuring crop health and productivity of carnation cultivation A floriculture company requires an IPDM Supervisor responsible for pest and disease control in carnation cultivation. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and supporting the achievement of objectives and processes within the IPDM area, ensuring crop health and productivity. Key responsibilities include integrated pest and disease management, coordination of work teams for spraying operations, chemical inventory control, budget and labor resource management, as well as compliance with established protocols in the area. Applicants must hold a high school diploma, technical or technological degree in agricultural or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the floriculture sector. Knowledge of Integrated Pest and Disease Management (IPDM), coordination of spraying teams, chemical input inventory control, and budget and personnel management is essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and Saturdays from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The offered salary is $2\.900\.000, and the workplace is in Madrid, Cundinamarca.
