Job Summary: An importing and distribution company seeks a professional to design and implement procurement strategies that optimize purchasing and contribute to profitability. Ensure the best quality and prices A leading importer and distributor of supplies, reagents, and equipment for Molecular Biology and Clinical Laboratory lines is seeking a professional in international trade, international business, market engineering, business administration, or related fields, with three years of experience in national and international procurement management, national and international supplier management, administrative control, among others. The primary objective of this position is: To design and implement procurement strategies enabling optimization of product and service purchases, adapting to continuous changes in the international market, thereby contributing to the company’s profitability and meeting internal and external customer requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Establish beneficial commercial partnerships with international suppliers for purchasing supplies, reagents, and equipment, fulfilling commitments arising from the Commercial Management process, while consistently ensuring the best quality and prices. * Develop and implement necessary parameters and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements imposed by authorities overseeing importation and domestication of goods. * Other duties as outlined in the job manual. Requirements: * Knowledge of customs procedures and import processes * Negotiation with international suppliers * Proficiency in accounting software or CRM systems * Knowledge of INVIMA \- CCAA * Intermediate English proficiency (B1\) We offer: * Salary: To be agreed upon * Indefinite-term contract * Working hours: Mon–Thu: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Fri: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. * Benefits focused on occupational well-being Workplace: On-site employment
