At our agency, we don’t seek someone who merely "sets up campaigns" — we seek a **data strategist** driven by results. **What will be your challenge?** As our new **Digital Trafficker**, you’ll be the growth engine for our clients. You won’t just execute — you’ll analyze, decide, and scale results in a hybrid and dynamic environment. **Your key responsibilities:** * **Ecosystem Mastery:** Advanced management of Meta Ads and Google Ads (especially DPA and conversion strategies). * **In-Depth Analysis:** Monitoring of key KPIs and report creation in Looker Studio. * **Client Strategy:** Translating business goals into clear, tactical action plans. * **Continuous Optimization:** Identifying funnel leaks and implementing proactive improvements. **Who are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of specific experience as a Trafficker. * **Tech Mindset:** Proficient use of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Excel, and AI tools such as **ChatGPT** to enhance productivity. * **Soft Skills:** Full autonomy, proactivity, and ability to collaborate effectively (minimum 6 months of collaborative experience). * **Organization:** Proficiency with Google Drive, Calendar, and Microsoft Office suite to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. **What we offer:** * **Hybrid Work Model:** The best of both worlds. * **Dynamic Environment:** Learning never stops here. * **Real Impact:** Your decisions move the needle on our clients’ success.
