No prior work experience required. **About the Position** --------------------- We are seeking a University Intern for Operational Excellence to support the tracking of strategic initiatives, process documentation, and continuous improvement projects. This position will provide the opportunity to interact with different business areas and participate in initiatives related to project management, process optimization, and data analysis. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Support the tracking and monitoring of strategic Operational Excellence initiatives and projects. * Prepare and present project progress updates to leadership teams. * Coordinate follow-up meetings and support the monitoring of commitments and next steps. * Support process documentation and updates. * Participate in process improvement and optimization initiatives. * Support data analysis initiatives for decision-making. * Prepare reports and presentations related to project progress. * Collaborate with various business areas and stakeholders. * Identify improvement opportunities through process and data analysis. **Requirements** -------------- * University student majoring in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, International Business, or related fields. * No prior work experience required. * Advanced Excel skills. * Basic knowledge of SQL. * Basic knowledge of Power BI. * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Proactivity and ability to work in dynamic environments. * Communication and teamwork skills. **Competencies** ---------------- * Analytical thinking. * Organization and follow-up. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Adaptability. * Results orientation. * Interest in continuous improvement and data analysis.
