Job Summary: This position seeks a Vehicle Assistant to ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments, provide operational support to the driver, and manage documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments. 2. Provide comprehensive support to the driver during the route. 3. Load and unload cargo. **Position:** Vehicle Assistant **Work Location:** Cali **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ overtime hours according to shift assignment \+ statutory benefits **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (with flexibility based on operational needs) **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely collection and delivery of shipments, adhering to scheduling and customer requirements. * Accurately complete documentation corresponding to each process. * Provide operational and administrative support for package delivery activities. * Load and unload cargo. * Provide comprehensive support to the driver during the route. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in courier companies performing similar functions. * Educational level: High school diploma. **Competencies and Skills:** * Attention to detail * Organization and discipline * Strong communication skills * Frustration tolerance * Teamwork Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
