Job Profile We seek a **responsible, careful, and committed individual**, with experience in the safe and efficient operation of heavy construction equipment, as well as in the basic care and maintenance of assigned equipment. Requirements * Technical or technological degree. * **Minimum 2 years of specific experience as a Vibratory Compactor Operator.** * Basic mechanical knowledge. * Commitment to safety and compliance with work procedures. * Responsibility in handling and preserving equipment. * Availability to work according to the project schedule. Main Responsibilities * Operate the vibratory compactor and required tools safely, in accordance with project needs. * Adhere to established working hours and shifts per the project schedule. * Ensure proper functioning and preservation of the assigned equipment. * Perform periodic lubrication, greasing, and cleaning of the equipment. * Timely request required maintenance and supplies. * Carry out simple repairs and promptly report any damage or malfunction requiring specialized attention. * Be accountable for assigned tools and equipment. * Report any damage or defect in the equipment to the immediate supervisor and **not abandon it without prior notice**. * Know, apply, and comply with the guidelines established in the **Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSH\-MS)**. * Perform any other duties related to the position as assigned by the Site Manager. Working Conditions * **Contract type:** Project-based or labor contract. * **Salary:** $1\.750\.905 \+ social benefits. * **Non-salary bonus:** $300\.000\. * **Work schedule:** According to project execution and scheduling. * **Work location:** As per project requirements. * **Relocation:** If relocation to another city is required, the company **covers housing and food expenses**, in accordance with company-established conditions.
