We seek a dynamic Waiter with excellent personal presentation and great agility. Your primary mission will be to serve our guests courteously and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service from the moment they are seated until their farewell, promoting consumption and guaranteeing their complete satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, deliver menus or order cards, explain daily dishes, and take orders accurately. Table Service: Serve food and beverages according to the establishment's protocol standards, ensuring proper dish presentation. Suggestive Selling: Recommend specialties, beverages, or desserts to boost service sales. Payment Handling: Manage bill delivery and process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic payment terminals), correctly using the POS or order system. Cleaning and Setup: Prepare, clean, and organize tables (mise en place), tablecloths, cutlery, and glassware before, during, and after service. Kitchen Coordination: Clearly communicate any special requests or food allergies from customers to kitchen or bar staff. Requirements Education: High school diploma. Technical training in food and beverage services, table service and bar, or hospitality is desirable. Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in table service roles in restaurants, hotels, or bar/cafeteria areas. Skills: Excellent communication skills and courteous demeanor. Strong customer orientation and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude when facing unexpected situations or complaints. Physical agility, good memory, and ability to work under pressure during peak hours. Impeccable and neat personal appearance.
