




We are looking for a responsible, proactive **Human Resources Assistant** with excellent organizational skills to comprehensively support the company's administrative and human talent processes. This person will be in charge of ensuring regulatory and operational compliance in **hiring, contracting, settlements, payroll, and social security** processes, as well as document management and accounting support related to the department. Some of the main responsibilities include: * Prepare and manage **hiring and enrollment documents** (health insurance, occupational risk insurance, pension funds, compensation funds). * Carry out the monthly **payroll process**: updates, overtime, deductions, and payment receipts generation. * Perform **employment terminations** and income and withholding certificates. * Manage **social security enrollments and payments** (PILA) and compensation funds. * Control and update the **employee database** and physical and digital personnel files. * Support basic **accounting tasks for the department**, such as payroll reconciliations, accruals, and reporting to the accounting team. * Conduct **document tracking** for contracts, absences, medical leaves, and vacations.
