




**Food industry company** We are looking for a **Human Resources Coordinator** with solid experience in payroll, social security, and all matters related to human talent management. We seek a well-rounded professional with accounting knowledge and proficiency in technological tools. **Requirements:** * Technical or Technological degree in Public Accounting or Human Resources. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** in similar roles. * In-depth knowledge in: * Payroll and social benefits calculation * Affiliations and updates in social security (EPS, ARL, AFP, CCF) * Disciplinary processes and recruitment * Handling accounting processes related to HR * Reporting to government entities (PILA, DIAN, UGPP, etc.) * Advanced proficiency in **World Office** and **office tools (Excel, Google Drive)**. * Strong leadership, confidentiality, management, and decision-making skills. * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Salary:** 1\.800\.000 **Work location:** Bogotá, Montevideo Employment type: Full-time
