A leading infrastructure company is looking for a Payroll Officer. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **EXPERIENCE:** 6 years in the field and personnel management. * **SOFTWARE:** Must have knowledge of **Novasoft and Siesa (mandatory)**, and proficiency in office tools (intermediate/advanced Excel). * **EDUCATION:** Professional degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields. * **KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of salary calculations, social benefits, social security, payroll updates, and current labor legislation. * **SALARY:** $3,800,000 + all statutory benefits * **CONTRACT:** Permanent. * **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm * **LOCATION:** Chapinero, Bogotá, 100% on-site.
