This role emphasizes results, data analysis, and advanced bidding strategies—not general marketing. You will be responsible for maximizing profitability, improving campaign efficiency, and positioning products for highly competitive keywords. **Education:** University graduate (Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields). **Requirements:** * Minimum **2–3 years of experience in Amazon PPC (mandatory).** * Advanced proficiency in **Seller Central.** * Experience in highly competitive categories. * Bidding. * Campaign optimization. * Scaling. * ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC. * Helium 10\. * Jungle Scout. * Or similar tools. * Excel. * Google Sheets. **Additional Requirements:** * English (C1\). * Availability for travel. * Valid U.S. visa or eligibility to obtain one. **Key Responsibilities:** * Daily management, monitoring, and optimization of Amazon PPC campaigns: Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display * Adjust bidding strategies to balance growth and profitability (ACOS / ROAS) * Optimize key placements such as: Top of Search (TOS) Product pages Analyze key metrics: CPC, CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS * Identify scaling opportunities in high-performing campaigns and keywords * Reduce unnecessary spend through: Implementation of negative keywords Campaign restructuring * Develop and execute strategies to rank for competitive keywords * Conduct ongoing bid testing to improve: Impressions Conversions Profitability * Collaborate with the team to optimize listings and improve conversion rate * Prepare weekly reports containing: Insights Actionable recommendations * Analyze competitors, pricing, and market trends. **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking * Results orientation * Data-driven decision making * Strategic planning * Attention to detail * Proactivity Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
