This role serves as a key support point for critical financial applications, ensuring proper system operation, business continuity, and efficient end-user support. The role requires a solid understanding of financial processes, analytical capability, and experience working in global corporate environments with distributed teams. Portuguese language proficiency, experience in technology projects, background in global enterprises. #LI-LATAM Job Qualifications**Responsibilities:** * Provide functional and incident support for financial applications within the project. * Provide support for the following applications: **JD Edwards (JDE)**: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Fixed Assets (FA); **Circulus** (cloud-based application) for Accounts Payable; **Concur** for Travel and Expense (T&E). * Support continuous improvement of financial processes and systems through functional analysis and recommendations. * Document incidents, resolutions, and support processes in accordance with established standards. * Manage work orders related to enhancements, configurations, and functional support of applications. * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents reported by end users, ensuring appropriate response times. **Role Requirements:** * English proficiency at B1 level or higher. * **Minimum 5 years of experience** providing end-user support for financial applications. * Strong skills in: financial applications, functional analysis, problem solving. * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel**. * Financial and business knowledge, including understanding of financial management and analysis processes. * Practical knowledge of the **Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)** and project management methodologies. #LI-LATAM
