Technical proficiency in English language and remote project coordination **Architect / Interior and Furniture Designer | Technical Development and 3D Modeling Specialist** Design professional with over 2 years of experience in residential project development, custom furniture design, and finishes. Specialist in conceptualizing and creating precise technical drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software, ensuring optimization of cabinet fabrication and assembly processes. Experience in client communication, remote project coordination, bill-of-materials preparation, and integration of cost budgets versus execution. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while meeting deadlines, with impeccable attention to detail and technical proficiency in English. Responsibilities: Review data, drawings, and specifications in collaboration with the project coordinator to determine material and labor requirements. Create designs for client approval. Collaborate with the showroom and client to establish the project schedule. Create technical drawings for client approval. Verify accuracy of details and shop drawings against client specifications. Provide the office with required material lists. Analyze completed projects to compare estimated costs with approved costs. Employment type: Full-time. Salary: $4,500,000 per month. 8-hour shift.
