Generation of withholding tax certificates **Company Description** SGS COLOMBIA **Job Description** Accrual of domestic, international, economic affiliate, and consortium supplier invoices. * Receipt and verification of supplier invoices against the register book. * Submission of invoices to Treasury for respective payment. * Responsible for: cash records prepared by Treasury; customer invoice accrual; accounting recording of reimbursable expense collections from consortia and bank debit and credit statements; recording of travel and supplier advance payments as required; and legalization of advances requested monthly by departments. * Generation of source withholding tax certificates for Industry and Commerce Tax and Sales Tax for suppliers (bimonthly). * Support in the analysis and reconciliation of accounting accounts. * Responsible for accounting of accounting documents. * Monitoring timely legalization of issued advances. * Provision of required information for regional and headquarters reporting. * Other duties assigned to this position. **Requirements** Academic Qualification: Final-semester student, or Technician/Technologist in Accounting and/or related fields. Experience: One (1) year of related experience. Languages: Spanish
