Job description Job Description We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (Level 6\) to lead end\-to\-end delivery of products and solutions to public-sector clients within an international and regulated environment. You will be responsible for setting up, planning, and executing full project lifecycles, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, revenue targets, and allocated budgets, while effectively managing relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Set up, plan, and execute projects from inception to closure, managing the entire project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure). Manage the project budget, controlling costs, margins, and profitability, and ensuring achievement of financial objectives. Lead multidisciplinary teams (local and remote), coordinating activities, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of outputs. Manage client and key stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, and managing expectations, risks, and changes. Your Profile 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading complex projects with external clients. Proven experience in project budget management and financial control. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate remote and multidisciplinary teams. Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships, ideally within regulated environments or with public entities. Knowledge and hands-on experience applying project management methodologies (waterfall and/or agile); PRINCE2 certification or equivalent is a plus. **Languages:** Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is an asset. Ability to work autonomously, in a structured and results-oriented manner. Availability to work in a hybrid model from Bogotá (2–3 days in the office) and travel up to 5 days per month.
