A reputable automotive dealership located in the Guaymaral sector on the Northern Highway with 223 requires a Collision Coordinator, técnico, tecnólogo or professional in automotive mechanics, mechanical or industrial engineering, or related fields, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in automotive collision processes, leading work teams in workshops or dealerships, and handling insurance companies and claims procedures. Job Objective Coordinate, supervise, and optimize collision department processes, ensuring proper repair of accident-damaged vehicles, adherence to delivery timelines, brand quality standards, and customer satisfaction. Main Functions • Coordinate daily operations of the collision workshop (bodywork, painting, and preparation). • Supervise proper execution of jobs according to service orders. • Monitor repair turnaround times (TAT) and ensure fulfillment of delivery commitments. • Manage relationships with insurance companies and appraisers. • Validate repair estimates and authorize work. • Ensure appropriate use of tools, equipment, and supplies. • Use of ERP Daytona Socase.
