Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Analyst passionate about fashion/retail and data to manage the end-to-end procurement and marketplace account management cycle. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support the end-to-end procurement and marketplace account management cycle. 2. Ensure accurate completion of the Merchandise Data Sheet (MDS) and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs). 3. Analyze inventory, sales, and manage suppliers in fashion/retail. **Your Mission on Our Team** ------------------------------- We are hiring! Are you passionate about fashion/retail, procurement, and data? We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to support the end-to-end procurement cycle and marketplace account management. This position is based in Bogotá, with a hybrid work model (2 days onsite, 3 days remote). Job Mission Manage and execute operational procurement activities: from the Merchandise Data Sheet (MDS) to the issuance and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs), supporting supplier negotiations and performing initial data analysis to optimize processes. **Your Challenges Here** ----------------------- * Ensure accurate completion of the MDS (attributes and categorization); * Verify the MUP in each PO after customs clearance; adjust PVPs with buyer authorization; * Execute weekly PO closure prior to SRT submission; * Track POs: from system upload to webpage listing; * Update showroom template (TRM, FI, receipt dates, units); * Analyze supplier reports: top brands, sales, bestsellers; * Manage commercial accounts on Marketplaces and retail supplier relationships. ➕Additional Value-Adds * Inventory and sales analysis (PC1, coverage, turnover, inventory age) and generation of brand-level inputs; * SKU hunting/selection for campaigns and pricing suggestions; * Support in legal documentation and business projects. **The Perfect Fit for Our Team** ---------------------------------------- * Graduate in administrative and/or commercial fields. * Desired experience: 6 months (including internships) in commercial or procurement roles; ideally in fashion, retail, or e-commerce. * Intermediate–advanced Excel (macros preferred). * Supplier management experience and procurement knowledge (fashion/retail/textiles). * Commercial skills, communication, teamwork, proactivity, service orientation, and data analysis. * Basic English Are you interested—or do you know someone who fits?
