Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Processing Analyst to support equipment configurations, manage inventory, supervise maintenance activities, and handle information analysis software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support equipment configurations and server access settings 2. Handle software for drafting schematics and diagrams 3. Create interactive dashboards and dynamic visualizations with Power BI Our company is looking for an exceptional talent to join our team and contribute expertise and skills as a DATA PROCESSING ANALYST. Key responsibilities include: * Support configurations of new equipment and required server access, email accounts, remote access, activation of programs and specialized software. * Manage inventory of all fixed assets. Manage IT Academy platform courses (deltaww.com) Global. * Support supervision and monitoring of preventive/corrective maintenance for all equipment located in the IT room. Supervise general maintenance of surveillance cameras. * Handle software for drafting single-line diagrams, equipment layout diagrams, mechanical structure diagrams, schematic diagrams, flowcharts, and electrical diagrams. * Use company-developed software for capturing, monitoring, and processing information from energy systems/equipment supplied to customers, for the purpose of monitoring to detect failures and/or identify abnormal behaviors or general verification of performance per functional specifications (INFRASUIT, MULTISITE MONITOR, JOTFORM, etc.). * Provide documentation support on client platforms, including installation reports, PKLs, photographic records, and completion of forms for installations delivered by DELTA ELECTRONICS. * Handle software enabling efficient information processing to ensure agility and traceability (Query, MySQL databases, Power BI). Tracking files, information analysis, information processing to generate statistics, KPIs, management reports, and information summaries across various company processes. * Support remote monitoring of Energy Systems, Rectifier Systems, UPSs, and Batteries from various manufacturers, per client requirements and defined scopes. Prepare reports analyzing all collected information. * Verification, validation, organization, and storage of reports and/or documents required for projects and/or services. Upload data into client, supplier, or partner platforms or apps as needed and per project requirements. * Train employees on efficient use of Office 365 tools. * Develop manuals, tutorials, and hands-on sessions to improve Office 365 technological implementation across all company processes. * Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate. * Connect Power BI with diverse data sources (Excel, SQL databases, SharePoint, cloud services, etc.). * Transform and clean data using Power Query to ensure quality and consistency. * Create interactive dashboards and dynamic visualizations (charts, tables, maps, KPIs, etc.) enabling analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). Configure automatic dataset refreshes to ensure reports always reflect up-to-date information. Implement alerts and notifications based on specific indicator conditions. Requirements: For this position, we seek a candidate with the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Programming, or related field; or Technical Diploma in Systems or Programming. * Technical knowledge in design and programming of data management applications, and software for drafting single-line diagrams and planimetric drawings. * Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 productivity tools.
