**Distribution Planner** **YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and optimize distribution routes for finished products in Crop Science, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. * Monitor and report on the status of domestic shipments, confirming vehicle arrival and departure times to ensure punctuality in loading and delivery. * Enter and update data in the transportation system, providing necessary information to generate metrics and meet departmental requirements. * Manage in-transit incidents, notifying relevant internal teams and seeking solutions that benefit both customers and the company. * Generate and share shipment status reports with the Customer Service team, ensuring timely communication with customers. * Coordinate the collection of returned products and liaise with required teams to manage proper disposition of these products. * Organize and maintain documentation required for final disposition of obsolete or out-of-specification products, assigning personnel and vehicles for these tasks. * Collaborate with other SCM teams to implement continuous improvement projects, optimize processes, and support decision-making. * Organize and schedule road safety meetings, documenting critical topics and monitoring compliance with legal requirements and service standards. * Ensure regulatory compliance of internal processes and regulations governing hazardous goods transportation across all operations, including proper maintenance of records and documentation for local storage and distribution of finished products. * Monitor and evaluate carrier performance, ensuring adherence to service levels and managing deviations affecting delivery. * Manage the "Last-Mile Visibility" system (FourKites), train new users, and seek solutions to ensure operational continuity, validate transit times, and collaborate with transportation providers. * Perform any other duties consistent with your role and competencies necessary to effectively support local warehouse and distribution operations, including responding to urgent needs, participating in special projects, and assisting other teams as required—always maintaining compliance with the company’s safety and quality standards. **WHO YOU ARE** * Professional with a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields aligned with logistics operations. * Ability to make quick and effective decisions in urgent situations. * Capacity to identify process issues and propose solutions to optimize operations. * Strong communication skills, both internally and with suppliers and customers. * Ability to manage customer expectations. * Advanced English (Desirable). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, and Power BI (Desirable). **WHAT WE OFFER** * Full-time employment contract. * Extensive development opportunities. * Competitive salary and attractive benefits package. * Favorable working conditions and a comfortable work environment. * Work-life balance is important to us.
