**Organizational Development (OD) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Analyst** **General Information** **• Position Title: OD and OSH Analyst** **• Location: Bogotá, Colombia** **• Department: Human Resources / Organizational Development** **Position Purpose** Ensure the proper implementation and monitoring of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) System, primarily in Colombia, and provide support for managing the OSH system in other countries such as Peru. Additionally, lead Organizational Development initiatives focused on integration, employee well-being, workplace climate, and internal communication. **Key Responsibilities** **Occupational Safety and Health (OSH):** * Administer and maintain the OSH system in compliance with Colombian regulations. * Support OSH system management in Peru. * Coordinate training sessions and campaigns related to occupational safety and health. * Monitor key performance indicators and prepare compliance reports. **Organizational Development and Well-being:** * Organize integration activities (remote and in-person). * Plan and execute well-being campaigns for employees. * Coordinate the administration and analysis of workplace climate surveys. * Facilitate retrospective (retro) sessions for teams. **Internal Communication and Culture:** * Draft internal email announcements and corporate social media content. * Support philanthropy and corporate social responsibility initiatives. * Promote organizational culture through activities and content. **Position Requirements** * Academic Background: Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in roles related to OSH and/or Organizational Development. * Technical Knowledge: Colombian OSH legislation; tools for surveys and workplace climate analysis; internal communication; well-being management. **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Attention to detail. * Teamwork. **Position Conditions** * Work Modality: On-site. * Location: Bogotá, Colombia.
