Position Summary: Design and govern enterprise and software architecture, defining standards, technical guidelines, and modernization strategies to ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the definition and maintenance of reference and target architectures. 2. Promote Secure by Design, Zero Trust, and quality best practices. 3. Drive AI-Assisted Development and mentor technical teams. **Purpose of the Role** Design, govern, and evolve the organization’s enterprise and software architecture by defining standards, reference architectures, technical guidelines, and modernization strategies that ensure scalability, security, interoperability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives. Act as a cross-functional enabler across business, development, infrastructure, security, data, and operations. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Define and maintain corporate reference architectures and the Target Architecture. * Lead the architecture committee and manage Architectural Decision Records (ADR). * Define standards for APIs, integration, business events, and versioning. * Design solutions based on DDD, microservices, micro frontends, CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture where applicable. * Define development, testing, SDLC, CI/CD, and DevSecOps guidelines. * Promote Secure by Design, Zero Trust, observability, and quality best practices. * Evaluate technologies, develop PoCs, and lead architecture reviews. * Define the technology roadmap, identify obsolescence, and lead modernization initiatives (6R). * Participate in the Cloud Center of Excellence and define standards for Landing Zones, Cloud Adoption Framework, and Well-Architected Framework. * Drive AI-Assisted Development and establish corporate guidelines for using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise. * Mentor technical teams and advise business units on technology decisions. * Manage application inventory, capability mapping, and portfolio rationalization. **Mandatory Knowledge** ------------------------------ * .NET 6\+ / C\#, ASP.NET Core, Angular. * Software architecture: DDD, design patterns, microservices, CQRS, Event-Driven. * REST APIs, API-First, API Management. * Azure and/or AWS at the architectural level. * Docker, Kubernetes. * SQL Server and NoSQL databases. * CI/CD, IaC, and DevSecOps. * OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT. * Observability (OpenTelemetry, Application Insights, Prometheus or similar). * Security: OWASP ASVS, OWASP SAMM, NIST CSF, Threat Modeling, and Secure by Design. * Enterprise Architecture: Business Capability Mapping, Application Portfolio Management, and architecture governance. **Desirable Knowledge** --------------------------- * VB.NET, WCF, Windows Forms, Web Forms, DevExpress. * Ionic. * FinOps. * LLMOps, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents. * GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise. **Competencies** ---------------- * Technical leadership * Strategic thinking * Stakeholder communication * Risk management * Mentoring * Innovation and continuous improvement **Language** ---------- * Technical English at B1–B2 level is desirable for reading technical documentation, interacting with vendors, and participating in international meetings.
