Your primary mission will be to maximize the value of our licensing by leading identity management, server administration, and the adoption of emerging technologies (automation and AI with Copilot). **Key Challenges and Responsibilities:** * **Identity and Security Management:** Manage the hybrid identity lifecycle (Entra ID and on-premises AD), implementing Conditional Access controls and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) under a Zero Trust security approach. * **M365 Ecosystem Optimization:** Ensure optimal performance and configuration of collaborative tools such as Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive. * **Hybrid Infrastructure Support:** Guarantee the operational reliability of Windows servers, virtualization environments, and essential network services (DNS, DHCP, PKI). * **Innovation and Automation:** Lead process modernization using the Power Platform (PowerShell, Power Automate) and prepare the environment for Artificial Intelligence integration. * **Project Leadership and Advanced Support:** Lead cloud migrations, manage licensing, and serve as Level 3 support for resolving critical incidents and conducting root cause analysis. **Required Professional Profile:** * **Academic Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * **Work Experience (Minimum 3 years in each area):** * Identity administration in hybrid environments (AD DS, Entra ID). * Advanced management of the Microsoft 365 suite. * Management of server and virtualization infrastructure. * **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * Expert-level proficiency in Entra ID, MFA, and Conditional Access policies. * In-depth administration of M365 security and services. * Solid expertise in Windows Server, virtualization platforms (Hyper-V/VMware), and PowerShell scripting. **Competencies and Skills:** We seek someone with strong capabilities in solving complex problems, technical leadership to drive technology adoption, service management aligned with ITIL frameworks, and skills in process automation. **Preferred (Desirable):** * Official certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102) or Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300). * Technical English proficiency. **Offer Details:** * **Location:** Bogotá. * **Scope:** Regional (impact across +1,000 users). * **Work Modality:** Hybrid – Service Provision Contract. **Submit your resume to:** talentohumano@integralis-group.com, indicating “Enterprise Platform Engineer” in the subject line.
