We are looking for a **FICO and IT Manager CO/PE** to lead business financial management in Colombia and Peru, delivering key economic and accounting information to evaluate company performance, identify risks, estimate impacts, and ensure achievement of established objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate annual economic and financial planning, including ABP, LE, Forecast, and monthly updates, jointly with BU Managers, the Region, and the Cluster Manager. * Monitor and analyze forecast deviations, proposing or driving corrective actions as needed. * Track the evolution of key business indicators—such as sales growth, margin, fixed costs, EBIT, and other KPIs—and provide recommendations in response to deviations. * Plan and control the company’s cash flow, working capital, and investments. * Supervise Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Accounting, IT, and Internal Audit departments, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with corporate standards. * Lead and coordinate the team, promoting high performance, adequate support, and goal achievement. * Manage outsourced services, administrative services, auditing, accounting outsourcing, and IT outsourcing, ensuring compliance with contracted standards. * Ensure adherence to standards of conduct, corporate ethics, internal procedures, and fiscal, tax, and legal obligations. * Prepare and submit reports in accordance with local regulations and managerial and corporate requirements. * Support financial simulations and analyses for projects, activities, and special negotiations, aiming to maximize business profitability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * University degree in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies in Finance and/or an MBA will be considered a plus. * Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership roles within finance and/or controlling, with proven achievements and high performance. * Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, SAP, and other data analytics tools, as required by business needs. * Advanced English proficiency required. * Experience in financial management, results forecasting, KPI monitoring, fiscal/tax compliance, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. **Additional Information** * Short Friday * Hybrid Work Model * Casino * Prepaid Medical Insurance * Annual Bonus * Childcare Allowance for children aged 0–2 years * Education and Language Assistance Programs * Company Car * Sports Allowance * And more.
