Job Summary: We are seeking a Foreign Trade Analyst to manage operations, documentation, and administration of import and export processes, ensuring shipment tracking and accurate information recording. At AG TEX GROUP, we seek a Foreign Trade Analyst to support the operational, documentary, and administrative management of the company's import and export processes. You will be responsible for tracking international shipments, controlling foreign trade documentation, and ensuring accurate registration of information in internal systems. Main Responsibilities: Review and validate foreign trade documentation (invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, certificates of origin, among others). Conduct documentary audits of import and export processes. Organize, control, and archive physical and digital documentation. Track international shipments and delivery timelines. Support vehicle coordination for cargo pickup at Free Trade Zones. Register purchase orders, import entries, and associated expenses in the ERP system. Support measurement and monitoring of departmental KPIs. Coordinate with customs agencies to optimize nationalization processes. Manage information on official foreign trade platforms where applicable. Request and validate documentation from domestic and international suppliers for onboarding and updating processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Technical degree in Foreign Trade, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in operational and administrative foreign trade processes. Experience in documentary control and tracking of imports and exports. Knowledge of customs regulations.
