If you are a technical or technological professional with experience in payroll processes and are passionate about human talent management, this opportunity is for you! Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to human resource management, payroll, and personnel administration Solid knowledge of: Payroll processing for companies with 50–100 employees, electronic payroll, Colombian labor legislation, social benefits, overtime, surcharges, vacations, final settlements, filing, recovery, and reconciliation of medical leave certificates Proficiency in accounting and payroll software Personnel onboarding and offboarding processes Affiliations with EPS (Health Providers), ARL (Occupational Risk Providers), AFP (Pension Fund Administrators), and CCF (Family Compensation Funds) Intermediate Excel skills Conditions: Salary: COP $2,000,000 + transportation allowance Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, including one hour for lunch Payroll: Biweekly Contract: Fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal We offer: Job stability Career development plan One additional vacation day for every 3 years worked. -Requirements- Minimum education: University degree / Technical program 1 year of experience Keywords: assistant, helper, auxiliary, aux, aide
