Job Summary: Coordinate the implementation of process and quality control improvements with suppliers, ensuring optimal products for use by leading brands. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent Retail sector company, representing well-known brands such as Americanino, Chevignon, Esprit, American Eagle, Rifle, G-Star Raw, Mango, Naf Naf, among others, is seeking an Input Quality Coordinator, whose mission will be to coordinate the implementation of process and quality control improvements at supplier facilities, in accordance with the definitions and parameters provided by the brand, ensuring product delivery under optimal conditions for its intended use. Key Responsibilities: Validate and coordinate the implementation of quality controls in the production process. Provide feedback to buyers regarding supplier quality indicators, to facilitate reallocation of purchase assignments. Support and guide production processes focused on best practices in input manufacturing. Ensure that production delivered by suppliers complies with the parameters and conditions established by the brand. Conduct technical evaluations for onboarding new suppliers. Train third parties on the brand’s quality concepts. Submit weekly reports on the progress of input production processes. Propose action plans to address contingencies identified during the process. Requirements: Hold a technical degree (Technologist) in fields such as garment manufacturing, industrial engineering, productivity and quality, or textiles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. 3–5 years of experience in areas such as garment manufacturing, production supervision, quality assurance, or garment inputs.
