Job Description If you are a technical student, technologist, or university intern passionate about software development or engineering, this internship is for you. You will have the opportunity to learn, create, experiment, and contribute within international teams while strengthening your technical skills and English proficiency. Available Areas: Backend Development (Java or .NET) During this internship, you will learn to: * Develop, maintain, and debug backend services using Java or .NET. * Participate in building APIs, microservices, and reusable components. * Apply best practices in programming, version control, and technical testing. * Collaborate with global development and architecture teams. Frontend Development (Angular or React) During this internship, you will learn to: * Create modern web interfaces using Angular or React. * Consume APIs and work with dynamic and responsive design components. * Implement best practices in UX/UI and accessibility. * Collaborate with designers, product owners, and global developers. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) During this internship, you will learn to: * Monitor, automate, and improve the reliability of production systems. * Work with infrastructure, observability, and CI/CD tools. * Participate in incident analysis and performance improvements. * Collaborate with international operations and development teams. General Responsibilities of the Role: * Participate in global projects, contributing technical tasks according to your selected area. * Provide operational support for team activities, ensuring effective communication and follow\-up. * Maintain technical documentation, reports, and status updates. * Collaborate with multicultural teams through virtual meetings and defined deliverables. * Contribute proposals to drive continuous improvement of processes and tools. * Support validation, testing, versioning, and maintenance activities for applications or services. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in a technical, technological, or university internship program (no prior apprenticeship contract). * Minimum B1\+ English level (spoken and written). * Basic development knowledge aligned with your area of interest: Backend, Frontend, or SRE. * Excellent communication and collaborative teamwork skills. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and motivation to learn in a technology environment. * Familiarity with Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). * Availability to attend the Bogotá office Monday through Friday (C.C Nuestro Bogotá).
