




Position Summary: A professional or advanced student in engineering for first- and second-level technical support, IT infrastructure maintenance, and service management. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support for users and IT infrastructure management. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and networks. 3. Cloud system administration and basic cybersecurity. **EDUCATION:** Professional or student in the final semesters (minimum 7th semester) in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Systems Technology, or related fields. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum two (2\) years in roles related to technical support, helpdesk, or IT infrastructure. **TRAINING:** Preventive and corrective hardware maintenance. Network administration (LAN/WLAN) and connectivity support. IT service management (fundamentals of ITIL or similar frameworks). Cloud system and service administration. Basic cybersecurity (endpoint protection, antivirus, and best practices). **KNOWLEDGE** • User technical support (Helpdesk/Service Desk). * Basic administration of Windows Server and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace). * Configuration of peripherals (printers, CCTV, biometric devices). * Management of technology inventories and licenses. * Remote support tools. * Management and inventory of technology assets; network infrastructure monitoring. * CRM and ERP systems, and knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001\. * Basic knowledge of SQL language and database engines. **FUNCTIONS** * Ticket handling: Provide first- and second-level technical support to organizational users. * Infrastructure maintenance: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans for computing equipment and peripherals. * Identity management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory and corporate email systems. * Security: Ensure all devices have updated antivirus software and comply with security policies. * Inventories: Maintain up-to-date technology asset inventories (hardware, software, and licenses). * Data backup: Support execution and verification of scheduled backups. * Connectivity: Perform basic internal network monitoring and ensure stable internet connectivity. CCTV and access: * Conduct technical monitoring and provide basic support for camera and biometric systems. * Technical onboarding: Train new employees on the company’s technological tools. * Manage and track incidents and service requests via the helpdesk. * All duties related to the position. **Compensation to be agreed upon**
