Job Summary: We are seeking a Systems or Electronics Technician for multifunction printer support, performing maintenance, diagnosis, and on-site and remote technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer orientation and teamwork We seek a Systems, Electronics, or related-field Technician or Technologist to assume the role of Printer Support Technician. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance, repair, and technical support of multifunction printers is mandatory. Candidates must own a motorcycle with up-to-date documentation to facilitate mobility; mileage reimbursement will be provided. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers and multifunction devices. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to device hardware and software. * Install and configure printers, drivers, and networks associated with the devices. * Provide on-site and remote technical support, ensuring operational continuity of the equipment. * Maintain detailed records of services performed and report spare parts or consumables requirements. * Manage and coordinate the supply of spare parts and consumables required by the customer to ensure 100% functional service. * Fulfill scheduled visits and respond to emergency requests within established timeframes. * Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and high-quality service. Customer orientation, analytical ability, teamwork, and organizational skills are highly valued.
