




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Technical Support Technician with Advanced English proficiency to provide on-site technical support to end users in Colombia, performing installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Coordination with remote support teams At Servicio Latam, we are looking for an IT Support Technician with Advanced English (dispatch role) to support our clients in Colombia. The engineer will be responsible for delivering on-site technical support. This is an ideal opportunity for IT professionals. Responsibilities: · Provide on-site technical support to end users (hardware, networks, troubleshooting). · Perform installations, replacements, and basic configurations. · Coordinate with remote support teams to resolve incidents. · Ensure proper documentation and reporting for each visit. · Perform L1, L2, and L3 tasks\. Requirements: · Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support. · Solid knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues. · Ability to work independently and follow up on assigned tasks. · Must reside in Bogotá and be available Compensation and Conditions: · Project-based or labor contract, .Minimum wage plus statutory benefits and a bonus of $776\.500 .Office hours from Monday to Friday Work Location: On-site employment
